I bought Quattro 15000kVa it was working perfectly 3 weeks, today it show 2 faults, low battery which is not true and overloaded which is also not true because I was taking 4500W to 5500W. Immediately I went to room where is installation and see 2x red led indicators. I restarted Quattro and it started smoking. I turned it off Immediately and it stays in overload led, then blink green and back to overload, all fuses are off so can't be overloaded. Unit is faulty, so I like to warn all of you to make sure if Victron is that high class as we all believe. Contact with service seems impossible. If you are on boat and your life is dependent on energy supply then you are death. Please consider that while choosing brand of your off grid installation. Highly recommend by me is to have all units double, stored in this kind of case. If you can't afford it then didn't buy Victron. Their price didn't match quality and there is lowest quality of service. Now we see how guarantee is working, I guess is not working at all. In my opinion Victron claim that they are Rolls-Royce but unfortunately they are Tata from India. Rolls-Royce quality will be maybe replacement of unit at the same day to keep me alive and then checking the unit and replace or repair. But they don't care my business just care their income. I'll not be surprised by getting answered here by Victron that they are sorry and hoping to fix the problem, but unfortunately they are not sorry because they put a lot off effort for lower cost to minimum and make zero effort to make possible customer safety and solutions for possible way of getting answered right away, feel supported and lead to possibility harmless system operation and back to operational after this kind of problem. So don't tell me you sorry, make me experience that you are really willing to make customers safe!!! There is pushing customer away to third party's who sell you the unit, then seller get it from another reseller. Nobody is responsible for your guarantee but you have 5 years on the paper or their website. I'll consider court case for my loses! I'm not the one with this problem here, I see multiple people giving one star with same reason, nothing has changed and we still are facing bad quality and abundance with the problem! Means words didn't matching any actions to make service better and easier. Maybe at beginning Victron was making quality but it is history, now they are mass production junk and trying to sell as much as possible then leave you with a problem and they are gone with your money! There is no way of you call emergency number and get any help...

As a long time user of Victron Energy devices, I can say that the reliability of the devices and the quality of their build is still unmatchable by any producer in the same market. Hoping it will stay the same by the time passes, as the market's trend is to rely on consumerism and not on build quality and reliability. Go Victron!

I like VE equipment very much. Reliable and efficient, any solution can be selected. It works well with any generators and batteries. It proved itself very well during work in military conditions in Ukraine.

Victron products are undoubtedly good products, their products also integrate seamlessly with each other with their products like the Cerbo GX. I deducted one star (considered deducting two) because even though their products are very good, their technical support is far from perfect. Victron relies on their distributors for technical support, which means the quality of that support is varied in their respective sales regions. They also do not have access to Victron's internal servers and information. It would make much more sense to have a dedicated technical support team within their corporate or production facilities to ensure correct and high quality support.

Besides the quality being top notch, their support is even better. I read other reviews and I'm sad to see that someone has given a one star review because of a missing cable etc... On the other hand, let's be realistic, there is no device that can't break down, and if it does, the problem is quickly resolved. Anyone who has had contact with Victron knows that it is top quality equipment. Back then when I was entering the world of solar (off grid, marine and campers) I didn't know everything, of course, their support always guided me, helped and advised me about the equipment and installations. That's why my rating is 10/5 stars.

Disappointed by Missing Essential Cable I purchased the Victron VE.Bus Smart Dongle for nearly €100, only to find out it does not come with the essential UTP cable required to make it work. Seriously? For a product in this price range, excluding a basic connection cable feels like a deliberate cost-cutting choice at the expense of customer experience. Having to buy an extra cable for another €10 is both annoying and frustrating. This should be clearly stated or—better yet—included in the box. Not what I expected from a company like Victron.

worst company ever. unit now made in india and quality has changed significantly. the organisation of this company is awful and so many alternatives now. Richard the guy I talked to in Holland has sucked the life out of me. if it wasn't for the huge cost I would take out all my victron products and replace with a better company with a more substantial support network in place. if they were sorry as in their responce then they would resolve my problems. I still can't get my broken items returned and a replacement PCB input board and communications board. Months on nothing has been achieved and I am on half power. I have asked to officially complain multiple times and they never responded. If you search 'how to complain about Victron energy' it says they do not have a place you can complain too officially! how can that even be legal in Holland. You have to use the ombudsman.
