Mooie Scott Scale 940 gekocht bij Jurgen in mei 2024. Werd vanaf moment één eerlijk en goed geholpen. Je merkt dat Jurgen wilt dat de klant tevreden is, en niet het duurste wilt verkopen. September 2024 terug gegaan voor de eerste beurt, en ook hierbij eerlijk en correct geholpen. Het bleek dat de cassette body al kapot gegaan was. Hierbij heeft Frmd contact opgenomen met Scott en is alles onder garantie vervangen. Chapeau! Dit soort bedrijven zouden er meer mogen zijn.

Bij Jurgen een Scott addict gravel gekocht. Heerlijk ruime shop en hier is de klant nog echt koning! Oprecht, betrouwbaar, niet opdringerig en denkt met je mee zijn toch wel woorden om Jurgen te omschrijven. Bedankt!
