This place doesn't deserve to be an official Mercedes garage and even one star. I trust the brand but not this garage. I chose this garage because it was closer to my house and wanted to be a permanent customer of it. I still regret that I took my car there for a planned maintenance. It was a very big mistake. It is over-crowded, ignorant and not a safe place to take your car. When I tried to explain them that my windshield was broken and scratched for some reason at the garage they didn't even show any respect at all to pay attention or stop to listen to me and when I tried kindly to ask them if they had any cameras to check they just said rudely NO! The damage and scracthes on the windshield were likely due a dropped wrench during roof maintenance or hanging tools from the ceiling inside the garage. They don't listen to you as a customer, they are in a rush, they don't respect you when you have a complaint, they don't call you when they promise to call you back, they sent you away because they have happy hour on Fridays and they don't communicate you at all. I felt like a stupid and worthless when I tried desperately to explain my situation to them because they behaved me like a worthless person let alone being a customer. Never again will I take my car there and I do still have my broken windshield. I have a full insurance with glass coverage and I din't have any reason to lie but the way they behaved me was a great shock and reason to never visit this garage again. I had a very unpleasant lesson learned and next time I will take a picture of my car before I take it for a maintenance to any garage.

The service here is good. They asked the customer several additional questions too before repairing the faulty car part. They won't get a five star rating though because the mechanic did not finish properly. He needed to put the fabric inside the other fabric. See picture. Everything else seems fine. But will see after a few weeks how it goes with the replaced part.

Absolutely horrendous service, Called several times to have a test drive for this specific car for my parents, they came two time and the sellers were either out or they gave a not working number of the seller and they transferred a call for a test drive to a wrong location. This number isn’t even working.. It’s better to find a dealership somewhere further away the service are way better. We have just wasted our time here.

I had a terrible experience with this Mercedes dealer in Naalwijk. Besides, I was shocked at how unprofessional the staff was at this Mercedes dealer in Naalwijk (except for one lady who she tries to assist but unfortunately could not). The staff was unhelpful, and the service was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Furthermore, They didn't assist me at all. In a very simple sentence, I took my car to fix some issues and paid 370 euro and the car still same issue. And when I asked them to show me if you fixed the issue already, they say you need to make an appointment again (it means I have to pay again for an issue that they didn't solve before.). For example, if you have tooth pain, you go to the dentist, and after one hour without touching your teeth. He said I'm done. Even you said: hey Doctor I still have the pain. But the doctor's answer is: I DID MY JOB.

As arranged by Mercedes-Benz Denhaag, I went to Naadlwijk for an appointment of repair. The repair itself was satisfactory. The car was delivered to garage at 8am and adjustment/repair was done before 12 O'clock, as I anticipated since the car was just annually inspected in March by another Mercedes-Benz dealer with good google review. The service attitude at reception desk SHALL be improved significantly. The serviceman used a condescending tone towards me and confronted me with a same question and repeated it for continuous three times "what is the cost?" - I totally got lost- how would I know the price without the repair ? He further questioned me with " Did not the people tell you the diagnosis fee when you made the appointment? " ... As a loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz, I have visited multiple dealers/ garages, either for APK, annual repair, tires, etc., I have to confess that I had never met a service people with such a boorish attitude.

Was supposed to be called back from the Naaldwijk location and after 2 weeks I did not receive any calls. Bad service for a brand like mercedes. 2 star's only because the people in Den Haag were helpful.
